Free boosts date

I have a free boost which renews in 29 days and my pack renews in 24 days, is there anyway to change the boost so it refreshes at the same time as my pack?

Boosts don't renew on certain dates. They are auto added to your pack allowances with the pack.

Okay, that's great. Why does the myEE app say 29 days until it renews then?

@Jeffriesconnor4  Have you at any point started a pack early?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

They always start automatically. Never started one early

Could you let us know what reply you get if you text the word Boost to 150?

I have to buy 2 more packs to boost my data for free.

 

I do already have a boost though. The boost I already have shows in myEE

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and make sure the boosts are ready to go.
