Evening. I have recently upgraded my broadband, from Ee to a better EE package.
One of the perks was supposed to be a 10GB per month data add on to my EE mobile account. As yet this has not been applied. Could you tell me how/when this will happen?
(As an aside, my last EE broadband plan was also supposed to add 10GB/pm to my mobile plan but it never happened. Only reason I didn't chase is I didn't need it then. But I do now.)

It should be added to your mobile plan within 30 days of your BB going live.

As a sanity check, do you have that mobile number set as the contact number MyEE?
