Broadband box is broken

Hi My EE box for the Internet is showing a red light not sure why the top it is showing green then my ee Internet is showing red then my next one down is showing nothing then the last one down is showing green is there anything I can do to fix it

And it says this can't be reached at the moment please can you help me not sure how to look at my status

And I don't have a landline number or a landline

So you can see the Status page & you do have BB. The BB light must now be Green. Is the Internet light now also Green?
