Re: wifi calling on another device

Just called to reset my account network settings and I did my iPhones, but still I am getting the error "To allow Wi-Fi calls on this account, contact your network provider." on my Mac. Everything is up to date, and I turned it off and on, Apple is also looking at it.

@MCookies21  To check in mobile data on your iPhone you have enable “Allow calls on other devices” choose the device in question and within WiFi calling you have also enabled “Add WiFi calling for other devices”  ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes that is switched on too, I’m not sure whether to accept the feature just won’t work.

Hi @MCookies21

I hope you're well and having a nice day other than this issue.

Do you have the latest software downloads on your phone and other devices?

Thanks

Chris
