I am currently on the family plan of EE and I share data with my sibling. This morning when I left the house I had no access to data and when I checked my EE it showed 'blank' of 'blank' data left whilst my siblings showed 10GB. It wasn't empty it just didn't show. Could anyone explain this and tell me how to fix it as no one else I know does and I need access to data on my phone?

We have a shared plan that I am not in control of but I can gain access to the person who is' phone

You will still be able to view any data allowance you have and how much has been used @MillieGurney

The point is that I am unable to see how much data I have or use my data no matter the platform?

I'd suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and find out why it isn't showing your allowances.
