Help with delivery!,,

I have ordered a new phone. I missed the delivery from dpd, I tried to rearrange for it to be delivered to a different address or a dpd shop, as I am always at work. Dpd will not allow me to do this and now it has been returned to sender.. spoke to dpd and they advised me to contact EE.. there is no option for my query on customer service number. And can’t get through on online chat.. please can someone help me on how to rearrange delivery and delivery details, as desperate for the phone.. thanks

@Lorn_a : Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
