I am currently on the family plan of EE and I share data with my sibling. This morning when I left the house I had no access to data and when I checked my EE it showed 'blank' of 'blank' data left whilst my siblings showed 10GB. It wasn't empty it just didn't show. Could anyone explain this and tell me how to fix it as no one else I know does and I need access to data on my phone?

When was the last time you were able to use data?
Have any of you upgraded recently?
What phone are you using?

I was able to use data yesterday,
None of us have upgraded recently

Have you tried restarting both phones?
Are you checking your data allowance in the My EE App?

I've tried to restart the phones that are showing the blank data allowance and it shows when I check any ee thing whether it's the website or the my ee app

On the EE website it shows as no data and when I click on more details it shows a message saying that it isn't working @Jon_K

If you visit add-on.ee.co.uk on the device, do you have a data allowance showing?

Sorry about that, can you try this link - add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi, does this show you how much data has been used?

However I did receive two messages from ee. One saying that I had no data left despite the person I share with still having data. And the other saying that my network was reset and to reset my phone, but I did that and nothing happened. My allowance resets on the 26th so if none of this helps I'll wait til then to see if it resets
