Today is meant to be my billing date and my bills are normally ready to download by 10am. Today no bill has come through. I upgraded last month and £50 handset cost is meant to be included in todays bill. Spoken to a couple of people via 150 who couldn’t even see it being generated today.
I have depression and Aspergers and got quite anxious as I want to see the total cost today. Someone on chat more less said I contacted them ‘multiple times’. Still have no bill today. Anybody else had issues with bills after upgrading?

Your bill should be available in your My EE account within 24 hours of your billing date.

Thank you Christopher. It’s never been this late but I’ll give it till tomorrow then. Because I upgraded on the 11th Nov, would that affect the billing date then? My DD is normally on the 17th.

Upgrading does not change your billing date. Just makes it harder to work out the bill 😉 .

Some body else on twitter mentioned that their bill did not come out yesterday and is still not there for both of us, she also upgraded last month and it’s too much of a coincidence. Will get in touch today.
