Hi,
I have had a set of Beats sent to my billing address instead of delivery address and due to the lockdown I am unable to collect the delivery.
On the order confirmation from EE the delivery address was correct and so I did not follow up and check the DPD email.
I have tried to get through to DPD and EE over the phone without any luck.
How do I go about getting this issue solved?
