New phone

I upgraded and ordered a new phone on Saturday morning , i was told i would receive a text yesterday confirming my delivery time today. i have not had the text and when i check the tracking it says order confirmed but it’s not even saying it will be dispatched in 24 hours. So Will I be getting it today as I was told I would be and if not why and when will I get it. I tried to ring but it keeps say this service is not available.

If the tracker isn't providing you with any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
