How to claim free Minute One bundle following an upgrade

Hi there

When I did my upgrade online it stated that as I got insurance, I could claim a free Minute One case bundle. I have received texts today telling me to follow the link in the text to claim it, however when I select the one I want and go to the checkout, there is a charge there. Is there a voucher code I should have been sent? Thanks 😊

Does it take you all the way through to the payment bit at full price?

Hi Chris 

Yes, it does, and I can't see any other options. I clicked on the link in the texts (I got two for some reason - one saying I had a free bundle worth £24.99 and on saying I had one worth £39.99!)

I believe you should be able to just follow the link and order it. It shouldn't come up with a fee.

 

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into this for you.
