Hi,

I ordered my upgrade on 02/11 and have seen that it says back order confirmed - how can I find out when the expected date of dispatch/delivery will be? It was for an iPhone 11?

What colour and memory size did you order?

 

Once your phone is ready for despatch the online tracker will be updated.

I ordered a black iPhone 11 64gb,

also I am being charged for the phone on my most recent phone bill even though I have no idea when it will be delivered….

Hello,

I don’t know, I assume it wouldn’t start until the new phone has arrived - do you know when I might receive my phone? I ordered it on 2 November?!

You can check if the plan has started by visiting your My EE account. 

 

Please could you check this and report back so we can then look further into this for you.

Hi,

it does not say it just keeps saying cannot retrieve details, it has been saying this since I ordered my upgrade - can you shed any light on when the phone might be delivered as I’m possibly going to look into switching providers as this no i formation is getting a bit ridiculous!
