Flex plan - out of data but no option to purchase more

Hello, I'm on a flex plan and my mobile data ran out last night but I have no option to purchase more.

I have tried:

1) Switching-off WiFi and browsing to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase - this just says "You don't have any data, there is no option to buy more

2) Texting ADD DATA to 150, this sent me back various options, I replied 5GB but absolutely nothing happened

3) Calling 150 - but the only available add-on is for foreign calls, no option to buy data.

 

I've definitely ran-out of data in the past and bought more with no problems, but something seems different now - please can someone help?

Are there any add-ons available through your My EE account?

I can't get into that at the moment (I'm assuming there must be an issue with it as others on twitter reporting the same issue) but there was no option to buy data in there earlier.
