I have an Apple Watch Series 6. However, whenever I use it to make an outgoing call, the receiver of the call cannot hear me speak. If the person calls me back, and I answer the call, using the watch; that person can hear me.
Both phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max) and watch are paired, and have the most recent firmware updates (last week).
I have seen this issue raised on the Apple Community site, and the person was referred back to the network, to resolve the issue.
Is anyone from EE able to resolve this issue for me?
Kind regards,
Tony.

Hi Chris.
Yes, it’s a cellular watch.

Hi @tonypigott
I know you may have tried this already, but does turning the digital crown after you've started the to increase the volume make it work any better?

I haven’t tried that, Chris. I just would like to clarify: when I make the outgoing call with the watch, it is the receiver, who cannot hear me. When that person calls me back, and I answer the call with the watch, that person can hear me. So, I don’t think, adjusting the Digital Crown would make a difference.
Thank you, for trying to help though. It is appreciated.

Yeah, I think you're right, @tonypigott. I misunderstood what you meant.
Have you spoken to our technical support team? They'll be able to run through some tests and hopefully help get it working.
Chris
