@Brigham630 : Can you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
Is your BB still working, maybe at a slower speed?

According to Openreach as of 3.00pm there are no known copper line service issues.
You may also wish to remove your full address as this is a public forum.

Hi @Brigham630 ,
Welcome to the community. Would it make sense to report this as a fault to the service provider before too many of their engineers go home at the end of their working day?

If you do not automatically receive compensation, you may wish to ask about it after leaving a little time, but I would recommend to keep notes with dates and times so that you can prove the length of your outages for compensation purposes.

@mikeliukIf EE had any engineers for residential services what would you expect them to do? None of them are allowed to touch Openreach infrastructure.

@mikeliuk : Bit early to think about compo after less than 3 hours. Most landline faults are fixed within the day. How about trying to help the OP sort his immediate issue out?
