Itemised billing will only display outgoing calls for periods when you have the facility enabled. Did you have itemised billing for the time period you're seeking records?
Details of incoming call records can only be provided when required by a legal representative or a court order. If you have a legal case, then your solicitor or a court officer will know the process to use, but you may find this EE help page useful to provide some background detail.
