Why isn’t itemised billing working

Been looking for over two weeks now and itemised billing isn’t available.

@Coockiecrumble1  itemised billing is available and you’ll need to set this up by calling customer services as it’s a paid for service. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have this facility enabled on my account and I’ve not been able to access it for two weeks 

What happens when you try to access this feature, @Coockiecrumble1?
