Issues using an IMAP email account

Sometime on Tuesday I suddenly lost the ability to use an IMAP email account I have access to. Everybody else that has access to it (they are physically elsewhere) can still use it. I’m not getting any incoming mail, and also can’t send outgoing mail. I also have the email account on my iphone, it won’t work there either (wifi or 4G). So far it’s two laptops and iphone it won’t work on for me.
 
This only effects one account (all my other email accounts work fine) and everyone else that uses it has no problems.
 
Have gone back to look at original settings and ports are same, password not changed etc etc.
 
Have done a wifi reset.
Tried opening outlook in safe mode.
Have tried on data.
Have removed account from outlook and tried to put on – can’t get past the ‘Logging in to mail server’ stage.
 
When trying to hit send/receive get 0x80042109 and 0x800CCC0E error messages.
 
Any ideas? I’ve been googling of course, but so far nothing has worked.
