Google did an update and screwed the system, I had the same issue with Samsung Email app this morning...

If you go to app store and update Google chrome you should be OK, worked for me and a colleague at work...
You will find that Android system webview will already be disabled, just update Chrome.

Have tried updating both chrome and Google Web view cam and won't update either. Should I try uninstalling them then reinstall?? Have run out of ideas!!!
