Anyone have any info/Intel on how long or how much longer we have to wait?

Ordered and upgraded for the iPhone 12 pro, still awaiting for my order update with no response/contact  from EE! Was told 10/14 days still nothing!

I think I had graphite and not sure on memory I no it wasn’t 64gb as never have that low memory, as always buy extra from apple and no indication of when it will come 😩

Ok so I ordered the iPhone 12 pro on 4th nov, still no update as to when it will arrive! I’ve read comments on previous questions some are still awaiting they’res  from as far back as Oct! Nov-jan is a little far off to wait for one, Can I cancel and get a refund on upfront costs?

@Keekee83 : You may always cancel your order any time up to the end of the cooling-off period & have all your money refunded. Just phone CS to do so.

Did you receive a confirmation email containing tracking information?

 

Have you had any contact from DPD?

 

What colour/memory size did you order?

Graphite and 128gb had two txts from Ee one saying order confirmed and second saying order on track and a order no, won’t let me track it when I type it in

Keekee83.. that is an order number, not a tracking number.  You will receive your tracking number when the device is ready for despatch with the courier.

Thank you for replying @wardi just wanted a time frame of roughly how much longer the wait would be can’t call ee as waiting time is over an hour and do not have this long on Lunch break nor can I use online chat as not yet an ee customer
