Hi I’ve placed an order for a iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’ve received an email with an XKO order number. Looked on tracking and can’t find anything and upfront payment hasn’t been taken? Have I been accepted?

Resolved! SIM card delivery

I understand that SIM cards are sent out by Royal Mail. Is this just normal post (I.e. postman) or is it Parcel Force? Thanks
