Hi i couldnt manage to add an additional line on my ee acount online, so i done it through live chat she said i was eligible now for one but i done this on my girlfriends phone as my phone battery died so i couldnt get the pin they sent out . so i found another way and ordered the Iphone 12 pro Max in pacific blue and it went thrpugh it just said thankyou for your order please call us to discuss your order i called and they said because it hasnt been 30 days but the ee agent on live chat said i was eligble now?
