I upgraded my phone and ordered a contract SIM only so my son could use my old handset. The phone arrived days ago and is all up and running using the SIM from my old phone, but the new SIM has not yet appeared.
I can now see a new number in the family section of my app - does this mean someone else has my SIM? Or does it just take a bit longer for the SIM to arrive and I just need to wait?
Slightly worried someone else has got it!

The SIM cards are sent separately through Royal Mail and usually arrive within 4 working days.
If it has been longer than that, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
