4gee WiFi mini all lights on

Hello,

I have been using my 4gee mini for about a month. All was good then suddenly it’s not working and all of the blue lights are on solid. I’ve tried resetting it with the r button, turned it on and off a number of times and even held the power button for 30 odd seconds with no change. Can anyone help please?
thanks.

Hi @Stiflerswhip

I hope you're well and having a nice day, other than this issue of course.

When you say you tried resetting it with the R button, is that the one you need a pin for?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

Yes I think it’s the reset button under the battery cover. Yes you need a pin for it.

Many thanks

Thanks @Stiflerswhip.

When you pressed this reset button, did you press and hold it for around 15 seconds?

This would reset the device.

Hi Jon

Yes I did.

Many thanks

Thanks @Stiflerswhip.

Did this make any difference?

Are the lights still stuck on?

Jon

Thanks Jon,

No difference at all. The lights are still stuck on and not able to see the wifi on any device.

Thanks

Thanks @Stiflerswhip.

Can you try and do the 15 second pin reset again, but this time while the device is on charge?

Jon

Did you get an answer to this? I've come away on holiday and my 4g WiFi mini is doing the same thing. It was fine when I set it up Wednesday but now I just have solid blue lights across the board. I've tried resetting it on battery and on charge, with and without the SIM card in. Nothing works. Is it bricked??

Hi @MattWithoutFear

I hope you're well and having a nice time on holiday, other than this issue of course.

Could I please just check, are you in the UK or abroad?

Thanks
