If you can connect to the WiFi this is on and working for you.

 

The routers do preserve battery and may not show all lights.

@srh2  Because you can see within the settings ( wifi connection) of the device your trying to connect to it.  Is your device connected to the WiFi signal of the router ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Should there be a light showing on the device (wifi mini 2020) ?

Is the front power light showing on when the device is being charged?

 

Can you connect to the WiFi device?

Power light does show when being charged.

I can connect to the WiFi mini 2020  OK.
