Hi. My mum has had a broadband contract for less than a year. This month it has unexpectedly increased by £3. She hasn’t changed anything or agreed to anything. It’s very hard to contact customer service! Can anyone advice? Thankyou

How much is it now & how much was it before? it could be the annual CPI+3.9% increase as described in Home broadband CPI+ price changes

Hi. The plan has increased In price unexpectedly ( not charges for usage) . She’s only been on the plan for a few months and we had assumed it would be a fixed price for this yearly term

That's about a 11% increase, well above the annual CPI+3.9% increase.
