It's the law to pay VAT on consumer purchases and EE itemises it on their bills.

Can someone please tell me why they don't show the VAT or do I simply change my provider

Hi @JohnRCarr

Welcome to the community.

Our bills for personal users now show all charges inclusive of VAT. If you need a VAT breakdown for business purposes, you would need to switch to a business account.

Leanne.

Surely as a personal user I’m still entitled to know how much my bill is and how much vat I pay?
