Unable to upgrade

I have been trying to upgrade to the new iPhone for the past few days but online it says there are no suitable plans available for any phone.

I have also been getting the same messages for a while so not able to see what options are available to me, even though I know I am able to take up an early upgrade.

Hi

 

I am able to have an early upgrade so considering paying the fee to be able to do the upgrade.   However the website is stating, no matter what phone is selected, that there is no suitable plans available??
