24 month contract finished but still being charged and unable to use the phone

Hi I finished my contract in September and we have over charged me by 50gbp for the month of September, which was the final payment month, and charged me for October, saying payment is overdue, but I'm unable to use the phone and have went with a different phone company. @support

Contracts just don't just end when you reach the minimum term. You either need to give notice to cancel or move to a new plan or you will continue paying the same amount.
