14 Day Cooling Off

Hi,
Is there anything that prevents you from returning the device during the cooling off period? Or are all reasons accepted, the website just mentions coverage.

Yes, if you ordered it in an EE store there no 14-day cooling off period.
Otherwise, online or by phone, you don't need to give or have any reason. It is your statutory right.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks, I got it over the phone. I previously had the Pixel 2 XL and upgraded to the 4XL, but I'm not convinced by it and don't think it's worth paying the extra it's costing me.
