Cancel upgrade made in store

Visitor

I upgraded my device in store and signed a new 24m agreement 6 days ago. I have since changed my mind, the device is still in its box, sealed.

Can I cancel this and return to store? The website seems to suggest you cant, however with any new credit agreement you have a 14 day cooling off period...

Can somebody please help?

No, If you ordered in-store you have no "change-of-mind" right of return. You only have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC when you order by phone or online.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@danp19  sorry but the cooling off period only applies to distance selling not in-store purchases.
