I've been reading about the shipment issues with the iPhone 13 Pro-Max and it's clear that the delays are going to be a lot longer than the 14days EE are suggesting in their stock text. I've decided to cancel my pre-order for now and wait for my current 2yr contact to run out. Unsurprisingly there's no information on the website on how to do it and the queues on the phone are unusually long [nothing unusual there 🙂 ]....... How can I cancel the order?

@sullivandm you have to call customer services to do this there is no other way.
