Just got off to phone with 150, I knew it but apparently everything that was said to me on live chat was more or less false, I’ve not been picked a device yet, how do these people on live chat get away with it? Anyone I’m done with this stuff now it’s boring I’m not going to check for a few days. Good luck everyone I hope you all get yours soon, maybe try do what I’m doing and stop obsessing over it because remember it’ll come to you when you least expect it

Exactly the same as me; I've spoken with c/s on 3 separate occasions today! I was so irritated I was going to cancel the order but I've been reasured they are doing everything they can, Apple is total to blame for this mess! They haven't supplied enough stock, our model is in very high demand. I would expect to have this by the latest of next Friday

Still waiting for mine, nothing on tracking, 150 say it's stock issues which I could understand had I ordered the thing in the past 7 days, but I didn't. I ordered my Pro Max 512gb purple 5 minutes after the EE site went live with it.
I explained to the woman on 150 that I need to be sure when I am to get it having had two phones stolen (one by the courier driver and another by someone working at the parcel company who stole my details and ordered a mobile from Orange asking to have it delivered at another address) it creates a lot of hassle in getting my account put back in order (as they never believe you). Could she see if it's likely, put a note on the account, or send me a note via carrier pigeon. But no. Customer Services at EE, needs to remove the word “Customer Service” from it's title.
Why, when someone orders a device within minutes of the product going live on the website, does it take forever to be delivered? Did Apple only send one phone?

I was going to swap from 512gb to 1TB if I could get it sooner, they wanted £300 for it. If I wanted to pay cash, I would have got one from Apple direct.
