Just spoke to CS, I ordered a Iphone 14 Pro Max 128GB. Apparently my order is in EE warehouse waiting to be collected by DPD for delivery. 3-4 working days apparently. I ordered 14/09/2022

Deep purple 128gb - only thing that is updating is DPD app - absolutely nothing from EE or any texts

I was told my order,  14PM purple 256gb, was waiting for dispatch 2 days ago. Today I was told it wasn’t even processed and could take another 28 days. So I cancelled the order and changed to the pro instead of the pro max. DPD notification just come through. It’ll be here tomorrow. iPhone 14 pro 256gb deep purple. 🙌
