I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Website still currently showing within 14 days. And my tracking still showing 28th-30th.

This is getting ridiculous. After being told it would arrive launch day, and then it was 14 days, and most recently it was this Friday at the maximum latest, I don’t know what to think!

Has anyone received their phone on 16th but still no sign of returns bag for anytime upgrade trade in? They haven’t chased my via email or text - have they just forgotten about the trade in device?

I've now changed to PM 1TB Deep Purple and put the order through today which says "In stock" on the website. So if its not dispatched today/tomorrow, **bleep**s gonna hit the fan.

After A LOT of phone calls, I finally got a manager to call me back and they agreed to waive the upfront fee of £350 and give me the same plan I had for the 128GB model. But notes werent put on the account so now they've gotta go listen back to the recorded voicecall to vouch this as the manager hadn't put the order through. So I've gone and ordered it, paid the upfront fee and will need to get it refunded once the phone calls been listened too.

Honestly losing the will to live sorting all this.

But I'm going to be furious if it doesn't get dispatched today/tomorrow, especially when it says "In stock" on the website.

Yep, if nothing comes through by 9pm I'll be back onto 150 tomorrow. Honestly its so tiring calling every time and having to give the full context so they can help. If this manager had just put the notes on when I spoke to them it would've been a breeze.
