iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

My order changed this morning from ‘expected 22nd-24th’ to ‘awaiting confirmation’. My order is 14PM 512Gb deep purple ordered about 4:30 on launch day.

We are exactly the same. Can’t speak to customer services as their systems are down. But looking on the website all the pro maxes are on “more than 28 days despatch” in all variants and colours except the pro max 1TB so we might be in for a long wait it seems….

Just spoke to a CSR. Systems are playing up so a bit of nightmare but she did manage to say that my order hadn’t even been processed yet. Other CSRs in the past have said it was in the warehouse ready for dispatch.  So I’ve just cancelled and awaiting a call back from sales for something different.

I just checked I have exactly the same issue, went from 22nd-24th to awaiting confirmation...

Does it display delivery as 'Your Address' too?

I've ordered the exact phone pn the 14th too but havnt had any updates or anything

Maybe the 22nd-24th going to awaiting confirmation is a good thing? Maybe stock has appeared? Has anyone asked them?

Yes it does say delivery ‘your address’. I think it has always said that though? Does it mean something?

I vaguely remember having a conversation with EE last year or the year before and basically they said the confirmations are automated based on when you placed your order so in reality they don’t really mean much.

I think that’s why the page doesn’t update and people get DPD notifications before anything else. I would be happy to be proved wrong on this though!

Has anyones recently updated to order on track? Or is it still saying ore preorder confirmed?
