Resolved! connection?

i have just changed from bt to ee which works on this laptop and my android mobile but can't get it to comnnect to my wife's apple ipad. it just comes up with password not recognised. what am i doing wrong.

Got a replacement iPhone I didn’t get chance to change the eSIM. EE sent me a replacement via the app. Now it says it’s sending me a pin via text however I can’t receive texts as the eSIM isn’t activated. Dose anyone know what to do?
