I ordered the iPhone 18pro max glacier from the ee app on contract 2 days ago 23rd October I received the successful ee order email and then on the order tracking says your order is in hand but I’ve had nothing since then I paid £30 upfront fee I’m just wondering when I’m going to find out my expected or estimated delivery date

I have experienced something similar. Ordered 18 pro max glacier 256gb on 16th Oct, when I placed the order it said usually dispatched in 21 days. On 21st Oct got an email saying your order is on track. Can anyone explain what this means please. 

It is currently showing now usually dispatched to within 12 days. 

I am finding this information out by going into my orders - track order - click on my order and scroll down.

You're in the usual Apple new release backlog.
