Watch upgrade

Hi I ordered a new Google watch yesterday online, I had DPD out this morning with the watch but I never received an email or a code so the driver was unable to give me the product.  What do I do?

Mobile data not working on my Samsung

I have recently moved my EE sim from my Apple device to my Samsung and mobile data is not working.  I have mobile data active but it will not allow me to send messages, browse etc unless I am wifi.  Any guidance would be welcomed

Hi Bristolian, I'm in a similar predicament. My new HMD Skyline 5g doesn't drop to 4g when 4g is available, it perseveres with 5g even though it shows on a coverage map not available indoors here, often stalling during a video or stopping altogether....
