I haven't received a single text message since May 12th. I only realised this was the case when I needed a verification code sent to my mobile, and did not receive the text message. I asked my partner to send my a text message and that hasn't come through either.
My texts are sending just fine, it is only receiving texts that is an issue for some reason.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention I know this must be very frustrating.
I know you have mentioned that your texts are sending fine and your partner has tried sending you a text too which was not received. But would you be able to turn your phone off then back on and send yourself a text message and see if that is received please.

I've tried this and my text didn't send to myself.
I've restarted my network settings, I cleared my data and cache, I've restarted my phone multiple times, I've manually ensured I'm connected to EEs network, I've removed my sim card to clean it and the slot. I've done everything I could think of and what I could find on previous related topics.
Nothing has worked so far

Thank you for coming back to me and explaining what steps you have already tried @Lackadysium
It does sound like you have tried the next steps i would have asked you to try.
Just to check did you try logging off then back on the EE Network to see if this helps.
To do this pop into your Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Turn off Automatic > Tap any other Network (not EE) > The phone will disconnect from EE > Turn Automatic back on and re test sending yourself a text message.
