I ordered Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and received the phone yesterday. But the problem is that the box was already open. I took a video while opening the delivery package.My question is it okay? If not, why does this happen?

Google Pixel 10 Pro XL - Gyroscope stops working

It's a brand new phone running the latest version of Android 16. Has anyone else had this problem and/or found a fix? It's super annoying. Several times a day I have to do a reboot because that's the only way I can get auto-rotate working again.
