Mobile data not working

I have transfered to EE from BT. I have a Samsung galaxy a12 I cannot use any mobile data. Phone and text work fine and apps etc work when connected to WiFi. I have switched phone on and off without success.Any other ideas please

Changed to samsung s23 ee tube wifi does not work

HiJust changed phone to samsung s23 ultra , while trying to connect  to tube ee wifi on eap it  is asking for user name and password which i dont have... Tried unsuccessfully texting 9527 (text did not go). Any suggestions?
