Since installing the latest update, my phone first became stuck in a repeated restart loop, and now won't turn on at all. I'm trying to use my upgrade to get a new phone, but it requires me to enter a pin code at the checkout, and I have no way to receive that pin code due to my phone not working. Is there any way I can get the code send some other way, such as to the email linked to my account?
