Hi @Daiboy
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you registered the replacement SIM card with our mobile care team?
If not, please call us from any other phone on 07953 966 150 and the team will get this registered for you 🙂

Yes , I am hopefully in the registering area, spoke to them yesterday -
14.00 , but still not registered yet (12.21)
Called into a EE shop today, who used their shop SIM- which confirmed the
phone worked , picking up EE network
Could having two SIMs affect anything? The new one is in the phone. The
other is just sitting here .

Hi @Daiboy
You won't be able to have both SIM cards activated at the same time, have you spoken to our mobile care team and provided the new SIM card number to get this activated?
Is the old SIM still showing signal?
Leanne 🙂

connection'
The new SIM went in yesterday -
I was concerned , as it has not registered yet-- that there is an issue
with the old SIM , which is not on the phone
With the new SIM - my phone just advises - emergency calls only .
When I try and make a call it states ' not registered on network.
Also , WIFI calling not working

Not over impressed at the moment . It appears I was given a 'generic' -- it takes 24hrs answer .
nb I had to give no security details - so where they looking to help me specifically ?
When speaking to technical again, after security, he advised every likelyhood that 'nothing ' had actually been done during my first call, what a waste of time .
At present I am wating until 17.30 tonight to see if I am registered . If not - will be hugely unhappy

I am very sorry to hear this @Daiboy
Could you try the new SIM card in another phone to see if any signal shows?
Leanne 🙂

Thanks @Daiboy
You can use our message us option on the Mobile phone (ee.co.uk) page, and the team will check the SIM activation is going through for you.
