Not registered- new SIM -yet wifes phone on same contract is

Have replaced SIM -as old one messaging- no network, no SIM , phone not recognising the SIM 

New SIM arrived- phone acknoweldged , now not registering on network

Can't make calls to 150 for help 

How do I resolve ?

I am sorry- but I wish to raise a complaint.

Please advise how I do this in writing and to whom

At every stage of my issue that has been error and misinformation and
failure

After 8 days I am still waiting for a working SIM ,also my wife's
number was disconnected in error

The whole problem has descended into farce

I am sorry to hear your SIM is still not active.

Did you speak with our technical care team yesterday? if yes, was an update provided?

Yes I did speak to them . despite giving them my number they managed to
disconnect my wifes SIM , reinstate the new SIM on her number .

Also being recommended to have a live chat where I specifically highlighted
my number to be told 'it will be live today'

This was after tech told me on the 23rd to wait 24hrs- which it appears was
a ' generic' move on answer - nothing happened until the 24th - ( and that
went wrong)

So 8 days later - no working phone, no SIM - 2-3 days to wait , more
fingers crossed
