Hi,
I got the Apple TV add on in my last contract change but I can't for the life of me get it to actually work! I am on android but the lady said that it should still work... I got the text with the link, but it said "This Phone number could not be verified for this subscription". I tried turning off my wifi and doing it over a mobile network. Called EE and they said that it's Apple issue, called Apple and they said it's EE issue! Going round in circles now and getting pretty frustrated.
That was a few weeks ago, I got a months worth of Apple TV in the mean time which is not great considering it was meant to be a free add on. I tried it today after signing in like 400 times and finally got a new error message "This Phone number is not eligible for this promotion. Contact EE for help."
The only time I get to sort out these kinds of issues is past the time EE has closed there call centers so I kinda out of luck right now...

@Philip93 Do you have an Apple account? You need one, do you have the Apple TV app on your device? You need it.

I have an apple account and I have the app.
I have the All Rounder iPhone SIM plan, the sales lady said it was fine to use it for an android device.
I am using the same url from the text, wifi off, using 5g and i still get the same "This phone number is not eligible for this promotion. Contact EE for help.". I see Apple TV in my Inclusive Extras so i really don't get it!

The last time I tried they told me to speak to Apple support who then told me to speak to EE support...
I will try again and IF they manage to fix it I will report back.
