Hub not connecting.

My hub is not connecting to the internet. EE are saying there is a power issue to my hub yet the light is on, how can that be?

Explanation

I have obtained a document from EE which is a proof of usage , this confirms the device I lost year year in June is still being used in may 2025 , I need an explanation of why this is so I can provide this to my insurance company
