Hello there, Due to my SPen in s23 ultra snapping and top half lodged in phone, EE have accepted a Claim and said the phone is not repairable so will issue a refurbished one (It is repairable just need long tweezers to remove the SPen then replace it...

Browsers extremely slow

Recently upgraded from BT Full Fibre to EE 1 GB broadband; speeds at Hub are great still browsers are taking excruciatingly long to load any page. Tried clearing cache and cookies, no joys.Any recommendations greatly appreciated Best

1.6 Gbps ONT size

I undertand that to upgrade to EE's 1.6 Gbps service, I'd need an ONT upgrade to one with 2.5 Gbps ethernet ports. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of that ONT, please?
