Today I received an EE TV BOX PRO via Royal Mail. I did not ask for this. What is it for and will it cost me any money.

Btw EE Help line quoted a 1 hour 15 mins wait to speak to anyone.

Thanks

Steve

@mortimer58  You need to speak with customer support about this.   EE don’t just these out unless you are subscribing to EE TV.  It’s a paid service.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@mortimer58

Do you have EETV with EE?

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*

Did you order EE TV with your BB? The EE TV Box Pro is on loan to you to support EE TV which would be on a 2 year contract with a monthly subs.
