Hi @Suebooker

Welcome to the community.

I've merged your posts together to one thread, rather than having multiple ones in the same TV section.

If we start with switching the TV off, what is happening when you are trying to turn it off?

For the error on the 3rd box, is that when you are setting up the second TV Box Mini?

I have a pro box and 2 mini TV boxes as per my subscription but if I go onto my 3rd TV it tells me I have too many boxes running unless I make that box the default by pressing OK.

Is there a setting that be changed to fix this?

Using ee remote, holding button for about 2 seconds, It switches the ee box off and not the tv. I try again and the tv eventually goes off and the ee tv box comes on! Finally get both to go off after switching on and off numerous times. It’s the same switching it back on. The tv comes on not the tv box, then there’s no signal. Then switching the tv box on switches the tv off. I’ve got over the confusion by switching the tv on and off with the tv remote not the ee remote.

got the tv box error sorted last night by contacting ee guide and he reset the tv mini box . All good now

Hi again, thought the problem had been solved, but today message saying I have too many boxes came up on the ee pro box saying You are exceeding the number of TV Boxes you can use in your household at the same time. Press continue to make this your primary TV Box. It may take a few minutes for the services to be enabled. For multi-room help and support please call 0800 800 150. ВTP-16500, IPC6007

I spent ages on chat resetting both mini boxes 2 nights ago and thought this had worked. First time today both error messages have showed on tv with pro box. I’ve switched on all 3 tvs and boxes and all are working??

Clicked on continue and it worked fine. Same happened on the mini box. Also getting message saying  Cannot play channel  BBC One South West HD is unavailable Please check if you can continue to access this channel. IPC6007. Clicked on Resolve and it worked fine.
is there an extra charge for multi room using  3 boxes? This wasn’t mentioned when I signed up.

@Suebooker

No. The rules are 1 (singleroom), 2 or 3 (Multiroom), 4+ (not supported)
